: Risk Control Launches New Report on Specialist Guarantee Companies
Risk Control has launched its latest report, Guarantee Companies & Development Finance, at an online event held on 27 February 2026.
Commissioned under the FCDO MOBILIST programme and SECO Economic Cooperation and Development, and authored by William Perraudin, the research examines when guarantees genuinely mobilise private capital and how specialist guarantee companies can structure risk transfer effectively in emerging markets.
