RC-Financial Planning Model
Project the whole business forward, deal by deal — not by ratio roll-forward
The problem
Most financial planning models roll ratios forward. Growth is a percentage, provisions are a percentage of that, capital is a percentage of the result — and by year three the projection has quietly stopped describing the institution at all. Ask it what happens if a particular cohort of facilities disburses late and it cannot answer, because it never knew about the facilities. RC-Financial Planning Model is explicitly not a ratio roll-forward.
What it does
Deal-level financial planning and budgeting. Every facility carries a dated schedule of disbursements and repayments, so balance sheet, income statement, provisions, ROE and capital metrics are internally consistent by construction — across many scenarios at once, with agency ratings assessed for every projected period.
Who uses it
Multilateral development banks, Bank finance and treasury functions, Private banks, Debt funds, Insurers
